We design our products to be strong. Careful testing and consideration is given to every aspect of our frame and fork designs. Every effort is made to choose the right material and design for the intended application, but no product is indestructible. Crashes and damage are simply part of certain cycling disciplines. Inspect your frame and/or components frequently for damage, and never hesitate to contact us for a replacement, or technical advice. We also strongly recommend that you wear the appropriate protective clothing.

Ownership :
This warranty is limited to the original owner and can not be transferred. If a product needs to be returned to Soul Cycles, all freight charges for warranty service/replacement are the responsibility of the product owner. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is valid worldwide.

Length :
Soul Cycles frames and components carry a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. All other components manufactured by other companies are not covered by this warranty, but are separately covered by the stated warranty of their respective manufacturer. Warranty work on components not manufactured by Soul Cycles are to be returned to the original manufacturing company.

Terms :
For any warranty claim to be considered, the product, or a photo must be sent to Soul Cycles. Prior to doing either of the aforementioned contact and authorization is required. Contact can be made by email, phone, or fax. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the product being worn out through use. It is one kind of wear and tear. An example of this would be grinding through the chain stay.

This warranty is void if the product is subjected to extreme abuse, neglect, improper repair, alterations, modifications, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper conditions. We do not replace products that were run over by cars, or left in damaging elements. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from installation of parts and accessories that are not compatible are not covered. An example of this would be cross threading the bottom bracket, or failing to lubricate an appropriate part prior to installation. During the acceptable duration of this warranty, Soul Cycles will either repair any defective product, or, at our option, replace any defective product with the same or most nearly comparable model available at the time. If a comparable product is not available a refund will be issued for the purchase price

The Bottom Line :
We want you to be happy. We are very lenient with our warranty program. If you have a problem with any Soul Cycles product, even after the warranty period has expired, still feel free to contact us. In many cases we will make an effort to replace the product or work out a discount on a similar product.
