For instance, when you come to our site your IP address is collected by the server so that we it knows where to send information you are requesting. An IP address is often associated with the place from which you enter the Internet like your ISP (Internet service provider), your company, or your university. This information is not personally identifiable. We do not use this information, except to identify technical problems, such as images that do not load and other server issues.

SHARING/SELLING OF INFORMATION :
Soul Cycles does not share or sell any provided information to anyone under any circumstances. Any information your provide is kept confidential. This includes any information provided in an email, order forms, sponsorship forms, or during a phone conversation.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. Soul Cycles takes technical, administrative, and physical security steps to protect all customer information. All critical information, either digital or material is placed in a safe nightly. Any order related paperwork is shredded after the transaction is completed.

ONLINE ORDERING : When you provide information through our online ordering system, we use high grade 128 bit encryption to protect it. Orders are then encrypted a second time by our commerce application, before being sent to the Soul Cycles office. Orders sit encrypted until 3 separate passwords are entered and the order is decrypted. These passwords are changed weekly.
